Automated Frailty Assessment with Vital-iT
Patented Technology
Our patented technology automates the transaction of frailty assessment on clinical intake. The Vital-IT System automatically captures validated frailty questions including the functional vital signs of grip strength and walk speed. The data is captured during check-in using current clerks and medical assistants with data flowing from the device to a HIPAA-encrypted cloud. Results are immediately available on a secure dashboard.
